You must return this application IN PERSON to our Union Hall: 520 Naval Base Road, Norfolk, VA 23505 signed and dated with the following items:

1. Valid Driver’s License
2. Birth Certificate
3. High School Diploma or GED.

(We will accept high school transcripts with a graduation date.)

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS / APPLICATIONS WITH ITEMS MISSING / MAILED APPLICATIONS
