1. Eligibility & Secure Member Portal Access
Access to certain sections of this website, including the Member Portal, is strictly restricted to active or retired members in good standing with UA Local 110.

Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, Union Book/Card Number, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) security codes.

No Account Sharing: You explicitly agree not to share your login credentials, account access, or 2FA codes with any third party, including family members, non-members, or non-union employers.

Unauthorized Use: You agree to notify UA Local 110 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
2. Confidentiality of Portal Content
Information published within the secure Member Portal—including but not limited to wage scales, collective bargaining agreements, internal meeting minutes, dispatch reports, and union notices—is proprietary and confidential to UA Local 110.

You agree not to copy, screenshot, record, redistribute, or publicly publish (including on social media platforms) any confidential content obtained from within the Member Portal without explicit written authorization from the UA Local 110 Executive Board.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

Attempting to bypass the website security measures, firewall, or 2FA protocols.

Using the portal to distribute defamatory, abusive, harassing, or unlawful material.

Introducing malicious software, viruses, or code designed to harm or disrupt the website infrastructure.
4. SMS Notifications & Alerts

UA Local 110 is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages resulting from mobile carrier outages or technical limitations outside of our direct control. You may opt out of SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP.
5. Termination of Access
UA Local 110 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the secure Member Portal or the entire website at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Failure to maintain active membership status or good standing with the local union.
